We’re still here! Now that it’s our wedding off-season, I’ve been totally focused on finalizing our albums from our winter weddings.
Barb’s been very busy with the countless details of keeping the studio running and getting ready for the upcoming season while trying to knock off some of our long-term projects .
We’re really excited about our interesting mix of upcoming weddings this year, from outdoor weddings at Nemacolin, Armstrong Farms and Springwood to receptions at the Omni William Penn, Carnegie Museum and The Renaissance. While most of our dates during prime wedding season are full, we do have some open dates here and there throughout the year. We usually receive a lot of inquiries after Valentine’s Day – OK guys, it’s time – you know it’s right, go for it!
I’m working on Renee and Rick’s album this week – I’m really enjoying remembering their wedding day along with all of their wonderful family and friends. I thought I would share a few of my favorite pictures from their wedding day this morning before I dig back into their design.
Renee and Rick were married at the Butler Mansion in December – a very cool and unique location for a smaller wedding.
Renee and Rick operate a small Alpaca Farm – they are the coolest animals, although they weren’t totally digging the attention.
Larry Goyda conducted his usual beautiful ceremony. Renee’s gorgeous gown was a custom creation from Bridal Treasures. That amazing cake was from Autumn’s Cakes of Butler, PA, floral decorations by Butler Floral, Steven Vance serenaded the crowd with with his violin, doubling as a DJ and Rick from Cala Lily Cafe did an absolutely fantastic job with catering.
