Cynthia and Dan were married at the Carnegie Museum’s Hall of Architecture, with a reception following in the Cafe at the Museum – a terrific choice for a smaller, intimate wedding. Like more and more of our couples who prefer to see each other alone for the first time on their wedding day, we set up a “first glance” in Cynthia’s hotel room, took a few photographs, and let them spend some time together.

While this isn’t an option for many couples, it does allow us to take more time for photographs in a relaxed atmosphere and lets the bride and groom spend more time with their guests during cocktail hour.

Michael Jacobs at Blooms Florist one of the most creative (and hippest) florists in the city, as usual was amazing.

Parkhurst Catering, the exclusive caterer at The Carnegie Museum not only does a terrific job with the food, but makes gorgeous cakes. They’re so proud of their creations – I always see their pastry chefs sneaking out for pictures of the cake.

Cynthia’s gown was a Maggie Sottero original – just beautiful!

Cynthia and Dan recently returned from their 3rd honeymoon (Niagra Falls and Sonoma, CA first) at Bora Bora. Ok, guys, you need to get back to work – oh, I’m not jealous – Congratulations!
